Meet Kirsty
Recently finishing my degree in social work, it seemed a natural evolution in my journey to join Jo in this community interest company. My background work and studies has led left me with a passion to support those with learning difficulties and individuals who fall ‘between’ the cracks of existing services.

A Chartered Fellow CIPD (retired), Cert.Ed, DipH, M.A.E.P.H, Reiki Master, and Spiritual Mentor & Coach.
I’ve a wealth of experience and a deeply people-focused approach in which I guide individuals in blending their material and spiritual sides.
My work helps you align both aspects to become the totally balanced, authentic self you are meant to be.

Having worked in leadership roles in marketing, communications, business development and research I was delighted to be asked to support In Your Power with their impactful mission.
I’ve a passion for win-win relationships, supporting the third-sector, championing and mentoring talent as well as community-centered initiatives - all of which align perfectly with Jo, Kirsty and Anne.
